Ticket Purchase

By purchasing a ticket through TicketTower, operated by Infinity Events and Management, you agree to the following terms:
All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, except in cases where the event is officially cancelled or rescheduled by the organizer.
In the case of event cancellation, you will be entitled to a full refund. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date unless stated otherwise.
It is the customer’s responsibility to verify all event details — including date, time, venue, and age restrictions — before completing the booking.
TicketTower and Infinity Events and Management are not responsible for errors made during the booking process or for entry denied due to failure to meet event-specific requirements.
Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets may not be reissued. Please keep your ticket safe and secure.

Organizers may modify or cancel events at their discretion. In such cases, Ticket Tower will notify users and assist with refund or transfer options as applicable.

You must provide accurate and complete information during checkout.
Tickets must not be resold or duplicated. Any misuse may result in cancellation without refund.

Ticket Tower is not responsible for event delays, changes, or cancellations caused by weather, venue issues, or third-party actions.
We are not liable for personal loss, injury, or damages at the event venue.

Your personal data is protected under our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
