Refunds

At TicketTower, operated by Infinity Events and Management, we strive to offer a smooth and transparent ticketing experience. Please review our refund policy before completing your purchase:

All ticket purchases are non-refundable once confirmed, except in cases where the event is cancelled or rescheduled.

If an event is cancelled, the full ticket amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

If an event is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date.

If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 72 hours of the announcement.

Refund requests after this 72-hour window may not be accommodated.

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used at the time of booking.

TicketTower and Infinity Events and Management are not responsible for any additional expenses incurred due to cancellation or rescheduling (such as travel or accommodation).
No-Show Policy

Tickets will not be refunded or exchanged if you miss the event for personal reasons.
Transfer Policy

Tickets are non-transferable unless explicitly mentioned on the event details page.

If you are charged but do not receive a ticket confirmation, please contact us within 24 hours at support@tickettower.in with your transaction details.
